NAAD constructionwas established in 2008 by Mr. Dwarikadhish Agrawal. He was having a intention to provide a well self owned shelter to a middle class people. A person who has dreams a self owned home but doesn’t have so much funds to buy a property in such a expensive market is the main prospect of our projects.

0 % Home Loan Fair from 5th August to 8th August 2011
Not ever seen before in Indore city. Your Famous builder and developer M/s Naad Construction, at special occasion of our 3rd anniversary, launched beautiful limited edition 3 BHK row houses at Shri Ram Kamal Residency 2 near Dhai dweep Jinayatan and Gommatgiri Jain tirtha. At this special occasion we started 4 days home loan fair from 5th August to 8th August 2011. Persons who booked their bungalows in this fair have to pay 0% interest till possession.
RBI has increased home loan interest rate 11 times in last 10 months. It is very difficult for a middle class person to purchase a home. He has to pay present home rent along with recently purchased un-constructed home loan interest.
We understand this problem of customers and therefore launched this scheme on the occasion of our 3rd anniversary. In this Scheme, customer has to arrange just 20% of booking amount. And thereafter if he takes a home loan from bank then our firm will bear the interest till the possession, so customer will not have financial problems.
Our beautiful bungalows not only having affordable price but also reflect the luxury lifestyle itself. Its price is just only 18.71 lakh, along with this we are giving you free light connection, free water connection and registry charges are also free. In these bungalows at the main gate we provide you video door phone for security reasons and also modular kitchen concept for luxurious kitchen. Along with this 2 x 2 sizes vitrified tiles and designers tiles will be fitted, bathroom fittings of PLUMBER Company, ISI marked electrical fittings, Marble/Baroda Green kitchen platform with Steel sink will be provided. Here we will not compromise with quality at any level.
